Please read our policies before booking your future appointment

Hi beautiful! We are so happy to have you as our guest and start our journey together. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients where we know you so well that we are able to interpret your needs and offer changes when you need them.

01. CANCELLATIONS

If anything comes up and you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice so we have time to fill your space. Appointments scheduled for Tuesday must be cancelled by Saturday, no later than 3pm to avoid cancellation fees. 

All clients who cancel within 48 hours will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. No Shows will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. We have the option to respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.

02. RESCHEDULING

To reschedule your appointment, please cancel through our online booking site or call 978.206.1999. If you are outside of the cancellation period, no fees will be charged. 

03. RUNNING LATE

Arriving at your appointment on time is necessary for 100% of your scheduled service to be completed. However, do understand that things happen and give a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive later than 10 minutes then we may need to reschedule or change the service to a shorter one at the same price as the original service scheduled. If you feel like you are going to be late to your appointment, please call 978.206.2999


04. REDO'S & RETURNS

After your service is complete, if you feel that you need an adjustment please contact the salon within 7 days of service via email at thebeautylounge.acton@gmail.com. When contacting, please detail your specific concerns and include a few photos. The Beauty Lounge does not permit refunding of hair services or product returns. However, if you are unhappy with a purchase we offer a 7 day product exchange policy.

05. SERVICE PRICING

Please understand that our pricing is on a 'starting at basis' and differs with each stylist. The price you see on our website is the base level for each service. Pricing may change due to scheduling time and the amount of products used during your service. Thank you for your understanding.

06. NO KIDS/NO GUESTS/NO PETS

We love your littles but due to the possible dangers within the salon (hot tools, chemicals, sharp scissors, etc) we have a no-child policy in place for the salon environment, unless they are receiving a direct service. Besides children, please do not bring guests, including spouses, friends and/or pets (unless a documented service animal) to your appointment. There is limited space in the salon environment and the waiting area/processing area is used exclusively for guests receiving direct services only. We apologize for any inconvenience and than you for your understanding.
